After obtaining the Baijiu brewed from the ancient cellars, it is bottled in Zisha (a special purple clay) bottle from Yixing, Jiangsu Province. Because Zisha vase has a porous network structure of different sizes, the air can transparent through the bottle and hence the Baijiu can breathe freely, so it is called "living Baijiu".
The red glutinous sorghum produced in Luzhou region of Sichuan Province has been selected as the raw material for Baijiu production. The red glutinous sorghum extracts the essence of Baijiu characters from the ancient fermentation pits. After blending with care by the cellar master, the Baijiu is bottled into Zisha vase.
